Thank you for considering me for your upcoming trip! My goal is to make the travel planning process seamless, enjoyable, and stress-free. Below is an outline of how I work to ensure your trip is perfectly tailored to your needs.

Your travel request may require a non-refundable research and planning fee. This is something we will discuss on our call together.

After our call is complete and the research & planning fee has been received. I will begin working on a personalized travel proposal based on the details we discussed. This process typically takes 24-48 hours but may take longer depending on the complexity of your request. I take great care in crafting an itinerary that aligns with your vision.

Once your proposal is ready, I will send it to you for review. I will also request a time to go over the details with you via phone or zoom to answer any questions and make any necessary adjustments.

If you are happy with the proposal, I will provide a secure link for the deposit payment. After the deposit is received, I will go over the payment schedule, including final due dates.

I strongly recommend travel protection for peace of mind. I will provide you with a quote outlining your options. While travel protection is optional, if you choose to decline it, I require a signed waiver per agency policy.

Once your booking is confirmed and all details are finalized, I will provide all necessary travel documents and information to ensure you are fully prepared for your trip. Throughout the process, I am available to answer any additional questions and assist with any further arrangements.
